Just closed my Princeton listing with the cool urban looking family room. Eight days on the market, multiple offers over asking price, seven weeks from contract to closing, final price paid 105% of original asking. Such a friendly transaction! It’s so nice when everybody is happy with the outcome!
It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I am of mixed opinion. In one respect, certainly Princeton’s historically African-American neighborhood deserves official designation and protection from destruction.
